As you and your child begin your treatment journey at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, we want you to know you are not alone. It is our responsibility to make each day the best day it can be for our patients and their families.

Wayfinding and guest services

If you need help finding your way around, ask a staff member, look for wayfinding signs, or use the navigation feature in the Our St. Jude patient app.

Guest Services representatives

You will find Guest Services representatives who can help you in the Chili’s Care Center lobby and Patient Care Center lobby.

Future developments and campus renovations

St. Jude is constructing 2 new 15-story towers on the west side of campus between Chili’s Care Center and Tri Delta Place. The site will become outpatient clinic and clinical office buildings. 

St. Jude is going through rapid growth. This growth is part of an ongoing plan to create a top workplace and a welcoming home-away-from-home for patients and their families. This construction project will last for several years.
