Patient Scheduling

St. Jude patient schedulers are here to help with your appointment needs.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has a scheduling team to help you plan most of your daily appointments. The team schedules your visits on the St. Jude campus, telehealth visits, and off-site visits. Staff at the front desks in the Patient Care Center and the Chili’s Care Center can also help schedule some visits.

Schedule changes

There are times when the scheduling team may need to adjust your schedule. We try to limit how often we do this. When changes happen, you will receive a notification through MyChart or possibly a phone call. You may need to come in earlier, stay later, or make special plans.

Please contact our scheduling team if you:

  • Need to make changes to your schedule
  • Need to make appointments at certain times of the day

Make sure schedulers can contact you

Please be sure that we always have the best number to reach you. If we cannot reach you on your primary number, we will try you on other numbers listed in your MyChart record or send you a message through MyChart

If you are staying in St. Jude housing, check your primary phone number voicemail often. The St. Jude staff may call or leave messages for you about schedule changes.

The best time to check your schedule for the next day’s appointments is at the end of the day. This allows time for the scheduler to update your appointments in case appointments are added or times change.

Working together, we can make sure that all of your St. Jude visits go smoothly.
