Drug Sensitivity Data

The Childhood Solid Tumor Network disseminates resources and data developed at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The goal of the CSTN is to stimulate basic research and accelerate translation of that research to the clinic.

We offer differential drug sensitivity data of pediatric solid tumors, cell lines and orthotopic xenografts, at no cost. The data accessible below includes primary cultures of O-PDX tumors in high-throughput screening of more than 150 drugs in 10-point dose response in triplicate with biological replicates.
