Overview

Research Information Services (RIS) at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital provides high-performance scientific computing systems, computational resources, scientific software applications and computational and software engineering services to support the St. Jude research community.

Research computing resources

The following computational resources are available for faculty-led research at St. Jude.

  • Computing systems

    The HPC Research Cluster, the ML/AI Cluster, the HPC Cloud, and the VR/Vis Cluster are the four centralized computing systems on St. Jude’s campus.

  • Research storage

    Currently we have 4 different types of Research Storage — namely JUDE, RSx, CryoEM & CGS in addition to archives.

  • VR/Vis

    Visualizations for modeling and rendering high-dimensional research data.
