Empirical Bayesian selection of hypothesis testing procedures for analysis of sequence count expression data
We have developed a statistical procedure that incorporates assumption evaluation and hypothesis testing procedure selection into the analysis of sequence-count gene expression data such as mRNA-seq data. This method was published by Pounds, Gao, and Zhang (2012).
The method is implemented by the functions defined in this documented code file written for the freely available statistical computing language R.
