Support for Applied Biomedical Data Sciences Students

Funding and Support

  • St. Jude offers a highly competitive package for accepted candidates in the Master’s of Applied Biomedical Data Sciences program. Funding for the program includes:
  • The St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences provides full tuition scholarship for the duration of the program.
  • The St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Data Science Initiative provides a cash scholarship of $2,500/month during the ten months of academic coursework and $2,900/month during the twelve-month practicum.
  • The graduate school also provides medical, dental and vision insurance.
  • Laptop and IT support for the duration of studies at St. Jude
  • Professional development support, which includes travel allowance for attend a conference in year two, networking opportunities and exposure to internationally recognized speakers through the Graduate School and Hospital speaker series
  • Free access to our on-site fitness center, including exercise classes and wellness seminars
  • Free, secure on-campus parking
