Five new homes will make up the first ever St. Jude Dream Home Showplace Community in the Carillon Parc neighborhood of Southlake in late 2024. This pilot project, aimed at raising one million dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, will bring together an extraordinary collaboration of builders, each renowned for their craftsmanship and commitment to philanthropy.
Participating builders include Atwood Custom Homes, Beckett Graham, Heritage Homes, Kensington Custom Homes, WillowTree Custom Homes, who will each donate $200,000 to St. Jude as part of this pilot project. These donations will help support the cutting edge-research and treatment by the institution, where families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food—so they can focus on helping their child live.
These builders broke ground on the Carillon Parc development in May 2023 and aim to have the homes ready for purchase in October 2024. Each home will exemplify the builders’ distinct styles and showcase their commitment to quality. Prospective homeowners will have the chance to purchase these remarkable homes, with the proceeds benefiting St. Jude families.
This homebuilding project marks an exciting opportunity for potential homeowners to acquire a stunning residence while simultaneously contributing to the mission of St. Jude: Finding cures. Saving children®. Opportunities like this would not be possible without the steadfast dedication of Dream Home builders and national sponsors Brizo, Shaw Industries, Trane, Bosch and Kichler Lighting.
