An employer matching gift is when an employer matches the charitible contribution of their employees. Meaning if you donate $100 dollars to St. Jude, they will also donate $100 to St. Jude. If you add your employer your My Profile page, we’ll let you know if your company is registered as an employer that matches gifts.

Step 1: Add your employer to your My Profile page on MSA.
Step 2: Click “Activate Your Company Match” (If you do not see this button your employer may not provide matching gifts, and we encourage you to inquire with them directly.)
Step 3: Retype your employer into the employer match form in which you get directed.
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the page to submit your matching gift form with your employer.

It provides details on your year to date donation total, lifetime donation total, number of lifetime donations, and number of years of support. My Giving Summary is not for tax purposes and may include non-tax deductible amounts. Totals displayed may not represent all of your contributions to St. Jude throughout this year or in your lifetime due to privacy and data limitations.

Yes. You can do so by visiting the Monthly Gift page within My Supporter Account and clicking "Update Gift Amount".

You can update your payment method using the Monthly Gift page. There you can click "Update Payment Method" as displayed in the photo below.

Make sure to check the withdrawal date to ensure that it's not coming up. You could also see this message if your payment was unsuccessful or your payment method has expired. You can check the Monthly Gift page to verify your withdrawal date, payment information and payment status.
