St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace is an extension of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway®, which is one of the largest fundraising and awareness programs for St. Jude.
In compassionate collaboration, the St. Jude Dream Home Showplace is built by a local home builder through community support, donated labor and materials from local trade partners, vendors and national sponsors. Upon completion of construction, the home is sold and proceeds from the sale of the house will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
When you support St. Jude by purchasing a St. Jude Dream Home Showplace house, you can help make cures possible for kids with cancer. Together, we can save more lives.
Our sponsors generously donate their time, materials and expertise to make dreams come true for our home buyers and St. Jude families. And because of their support, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — so they can focus on helping their child live.

Purchasing a St. Jude Dream Home Showplace is the same as a traditional home purchase. The sales contract is between the home buyer and the home builder, but the difference is that the builder agrees to donate proceeds from the sale of the home to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
