Join us on September 12, 2024 at the Vue Rooftoop in Washington, D.C. for our St. Jude Call to Service: An Evening of Celebration in support of the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital: Finding cures. Saving children.®
ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude, invites you to enjoy this special event honoring the rich history of Black Philanthropy during the 53rd anniversary of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Annual Legislative Conference. We will honor and celebrate the contributions of the Divine 9 and other historically Black organizations, whose continuing generosity helps ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food.

When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was considered largely incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80%, and we won't stop until no child dies from cancer.

Support of our mission
Any amount supports kids around the world. St. Jude shares the breakthroughs it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save even more children.*
* Your donation will be used to provide breakthrough research, treatment and cures. Items listed here are representative of services and supplies that are part of the treatment and care of children at St. Jude. The cost of each item or service is an approximation, and will vary based on actual costs incurred and individual patient needs. Your donation will be used for the general operating needs of St. Jude, where no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
