Your fundraiser helps patients like Yazleemar and her family

In 2012, Yazleemar was diagnosed with retinoblastoma (a rare cancer of the retina). She was referred to St. Jude, where she was treated with chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

Thanks to St. Jude supporters like you, Yazleemar was able to access this treatment and doctors at St. Jude were able to save her eye. Ten years later, this outgoing and expressive preteen enjoys swimming, riding bikes and spending time at the local gym.

Why fundraise for St. Jude?

Families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food — so they can focus on helping their child live.

When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was considered incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80% within the U.S., and we won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
