Join us for third annual St. Jude IRONMAN 70.3 Memphis on October 7, 2023! Since its inception, IRONMAN has drawn ambitious and courageous people who aren't afraid to push their limits. Consisting of a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run, this new and challenging course will take place at one of the largest urban parks in the country, Shelby Farms Park.
IRONMAN athletes exemplify the same fundamental values displayed daily in the patients and families of St. Jude: endurance, perseverance and fortitude. The St. Jude IRONMAN 70.3 Memphis will have a limited number of St. Jude Heroes entries — both solo openings and three-person relay teams.
Registering as a St. Jude Hero means earning great benefits for your fundraising efforts and making your race even more meaningful as you use your strength and dedication to help St. Jude find cures for kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Swim in Hyde Lake, bike a one-loop course that goes northeast of Shelby Farms and run two loops around the park. Transition/finish will be near the Welcome Center. Register as a St. Jude Hero now.
