Area Executive Directors are responsible for leading, developing and driving the comprehensive vision, fundraising and growth strategies to secure funding (annually $25M to $100M) within a specific area — see below — and in alignment with the territory strategy. This role partners with the territory to identify, cultivate, solicit/close and steward high wealth donors, corporations, partnerships, individual volunteers, donors and supporters with purpose of growing existing revenue sources and creating new revenue opportunities. As an organizational leader, you will lead and drive results through an integrated cross-divisional team for one of ALSAC’s 31 areas.
Our exciting new National Sales Lead team is responsible for the recruitment of new national and global corporate partners and meeting national sales goals through multiple locations across the United States — see below —. These roles will generate and consistently meet new business goals which contributes approximately $6 million in commitments annually to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This position is responsible for building strong sales pipelines and developing strategic corporate partnerships that are mutually beneficial, long-term relationships offering shared value, reach and revenue to support both the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and meet our partners’ business and marketing objectives.
The Area Development Advisor will lead the efforts to recruit, expand and support volunteer and donor efforts throughout the area — see below. Maximizes funds raised for ALSAC, while increasing the support for and awareness of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
The Sr. Philanthropic Advisor leads the stewardship of current donors at the major gifts level and develops relationships with donor prospects, manages the deferred gift planning processes and typically supports relationships with 150+ donors. Their roles includes personal meetings and relationship building with donors, on-going support of the St. Jude mission and partnering with other Development team members across the Territory — see below — to support fundraising and development efforts.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue goals in charitable contributions through a variety of fundraising channels (annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate donations, events, sponsorships, etc.) in assigned market — see below, often with growth potential. Develops and implements meaningful acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to significantly grow giving with St. Jude donors and supporters in a geographic market. Includes initiating, activating, supporting and inspiring high value volunteers, committees, and Advisory Councils to identify and acquire donors through relationships, events, and activations. Manages a blended portfolio of leadership annual giving, major gift, and corporate donors as well as leadership volunteers with responsibility of retaining and growing donor giving.
