Thousands of essential workers at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, including our doctors, nurses, scientists, food service workers, cleaning staff, and other vital support employees have received the COVID-19 vaccine. Getting vaccinated is vital to protect our patients. We ask that you join us in being an advocate for COVID-19 vaccines in the Memphis community.
Our request is simple: Get vaccinated. In doing so, you protect yourself, your co-workers, your loved ones, and your community.
We know the COVID-19 vaccine helps prevent severe illness, hospitalization and death
COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective. A vaccine booster dose improves protection against COVID-19 variants, including omicron, and is strongly recommended. From our own research here at St. Jude, we know that the COVID-19 vaccines work to prevent infection on our campus.
Now, everyone ages 6 months and older is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine. We encourage you to stay up-to-date on vaccination and be a champion for COVID-19 vaccines. Visit vaccinefinder.org to schedule a vaccine in your community.
