The 25th annual St. Jude Autumn Wine Tasting was held on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017, at Guastavino’s in New York City. Guests enjoyed a wine tasting from premier vineyards and wineries, hors d'oeuvres and a variety of restaurant samplings, raffles and live and silent auctions. The event raised more than $650,000 for the St. Jude mission: Finding cures. Saving children.® Over the event's history, more than $4 million has been raised to help ensure that no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food from St. Jude — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

Chief sponsor of the St. Jude Autumn Wine Tasting since 2007 has been the law firm of Block O’Toole & Murphy, and more than 750 members of the New York legal community came out in support of the anniversary event this year. Event chair was Stephen Murphy and committee members from Block O’Toole & Murphy were Jeff Block, Dan O’Toole, David Scher and Joe Donahue. Event founder Lois Ottombrino was honored with the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Humanitarian Award.
