By granting permission to use your content, including but not limited to, your name, image, photos, and quotes (the “Content”), you agree that ALSAC has the irrevocable right, at no cost, to mention, refer to, reproduce, publish, distribute, embed, edit, add to, and otherwise use the Content to raise funds or awareness for St. Jude, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity. You also confirm that (i) you have the full right and authority to grant permission to ALSAC; (ii) ALSAC’s use of your materials will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, claims for payment of any monies or any other claims, and (iii) no third-party permissions or licenses are required in connection with this agreement and/or any such use. You agree that you will not sue, and irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, and forever discharge, ALSAC/St. Jude and their directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all liabilities, claims, and demands of any kind or nature, whatsoever, relating to use of the Content.
