- Visit https://expired.stjude.org to reset your password. Once your password is reset, follow instructions on Step 4 to sync your new password with your St. Jude computer.

- Visit https://myid.stjude.org and select Forgot Password. You will need to complete multiple multifactor methods to verify your ownership of the account since the password is not known.
