Inscriptions are subject to approval.
Please avoid the words "In Memory Of." In consideration of the children and families who will be seeing your plaque, St. Jude respectfully requests that the bricks be inscribed "In Honor Of" or "In Tribute To" the name you designate in lieu of "In Memory Of."
Out of respect for our patients and families, the use of birth or deceased dates is discouraged.
Formatting guidelines:
- Capitalize the first letter of every word.
- Avoid using emojis or emoticons because they cannot be engraved. Examples include images and combining special characters, such as :). Please use standard keyboard text and punctuation in your inscription.
- At least one line of inscription is required, but you can choose the line(s).
