The agenda, your flight itinerary, hotel confirmation number and event reminders are all available on the event app.
Click here to Download St. Jude Events from the Apple or Android store and select Dream Home Builder Summit.
The app will also allow you to create a profile and meet the other attendees.
Here will be important push notifications during the Builder Summit that you don’t want to miss.

Travel arrangements have been made through our travel partner, Egencia.
Please review your flight information and confirm all information is correct prior to your travel day.
If you did not use Egencia for your travel arrangements, please send your flight itinerary to Soo Karber at soo.karber@alsac.stjude.org.
For flight changes, cancellations, or delays of over 2 hours on day of travel, please contact Ginny Watson via text at 901-589-0192 and let your St. Jude Representative know. If a flight needs to be rebooked, and you are not at the airport, please call Egencia at 866-397-2677 for assistance.

If flying, upon arrival to Memphis airport, go to Baggage Claim B near the escalator, and a greeter holding St. Jude signage will meet you and escort you to a shuttle that will take you to the Peabody Hotel.
Builder Summit registration will be open on Monday, August 26 at 8:00am – 3:00pm CT on the West Mezzanine at the Peabody Hotel. Complete your registration and then join us in the Grand Ballroom at 11:30am (if you are a first time attendee). If you’ve attended before, join us in the Continental Ballroom at 1:00pm to hear ALSAC CEO, Rick Shadyac and a St. Jude Hospital Speaker, Dr. Seth Karol welcome everyone to Memphis.
All attendees will receive a name badge at registration. Please wear your name badge throughout the Summit.

Summit events will take place at The Peabody Hotel and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The physical address for the hotel is:

Hotel room is compliments of ALSAC/St. Jude; however, please note that a credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. If using a debit card, the hotel’s policy is to withhold $200 which will be refunded after your stay. We highly encourage you to bring a credit card for your visit.
Check-in for the hotel is 4p.m. You will be able to check your bag with the bellmen if you arrive early or the room is not ready at check-in.

Masks must be worn whenever patients are present. We will provide masks if needed, and we ask that you keep them with you during your visit.

Due to health and safety precautions for our patients and changes made during the pandemic, we are not able to tour the patient care facility. We will provide a mission filled St. Jude hospital campus tour, and you will hear from St. Jude patient families during the Summit.

To protect patient privacy, we do not permit cameras, recording devices or photos of patients or staff.

For your safety and security, The Peabody Hotel and SJCRH have on-site staff available 24/7. If you have a non-emergency issue or general safety/security concern during the Summit, please contact (901) 232-3726 for assistance.
Please be aware of your surroundings and use the buddy system while enjoying the Downtown Memphis experience.

If for some reason you are unable to attend St. Jude Dream Home Builder Summit, please call your ALSAC/St. Jude representative as soon as possible so we can cancel your room and flight reservations. ALSAC/St. Jude is obligated to pay for “no shows” or last-minute cancellations.

Shuttle buses will take you from The Peabody Hotel to the airport. We encourage everyone to arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight departure.
