Why childhood cancer donations are essential
Making a donation for childhood cancer research and treatment not only helps St. Jude make breakthroughs, but also touches the lives of children and their families
Donations to St. Jude impact thousands of children each year and help ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — so they can focus on helping their child live. Consistent with the vision of our founder, Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
Only with strong community support can we remain steadfast in our work to find cures for childhood cancer and support families affected by pediatric life-threatening diseases.
Has a child you know been diagnosed with pediatric cancer?
There are great research institutions, great hospitals and great charities — St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is all three.
You can help kids like Bella
Support from our donors helps us treat kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases while furthering childhood cancer research. Your generous donation can help give the kids of St. Jude the chance to grow up, and help us move toward better treatments.
How can I donate to childhood cancer research and treatment at St. Jude?
We’re grateful to every donor who supports cutting-edge research on new treatment options, patient care and cancer prevention at St. Jude. There are a multitude of ways to donate to St. Jude and help fund children’s cancer research:
Become a monthly donor
As a St. Jude Partner In Hope® you'll join a special community committed to children's cancer research and saving children's lives. Give $19 or more a month, and you'll get a T-shirt to show the world you stand with the St. Jude kids.
Give in memory of someone
Explore ways to memorialize someone you love with a gift to benefit children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Donate and send a card, create a fund or dedicate a brick.
Give in honor of someone
A charity donation in honor of someone is a great way to recognize and celebrate people who are important to you by giving back to others.
Planned giving options
Consider giving to St. Jude in your estate or legacy plans, and help our mission of researching childhood cancer and saving children. You can give through individual retirement accounts (IRAs), gift annuities, stocks, life insurance, bequests, real estate and more.
Explore workplace giving
You can host a workplace fundraiser, give through payroll deduction or see if your employer has a matching gift program that will double your donation to St. Jude, so you can make an even greater impact on childhood cancer research and treatment.
Give through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)
Federal and military employees can give through the Combined Federal Campaign each year. Our charity code is #10560.
