Team up for St. Jude this summer with your cheer or dance team

Order your letter writing kit today by completing the form below.

Helpful tips:

  • We recommend ordering/sending at least 10 letters per student. You will receive an email from St. Jude when your kit ships.
  • Please plan for at least 2 letters per individual and order your kit at least 15 days prior to when your team leaves for camp. 
  • Once your letters arrive, schedule a practice or team meeting to address letters ahead of camp. View our network guide here. 
  • Use the return envelope included with the kit to mail your team’s letters to St. Jude. Drop the return envelope into your nearest FedEx drop box. You can also turn in your letters at camp.
  • Please do not fold the letters. 

2025 order portal opens April 15.

FAQs

 

  1. The letter writing portion is not mandatory, however we are always grateful to have the support of Varsity brands and their friends. We request each athlete completes at least 2 letters.

  2. The St. Jude Spirit Stick is awarded to the team that completes the most letters for St. Jude. The winner is recognized at camp. 

  3. Yes, please contact varsity@alsac.stjude.org with your request. 

    1.  Schedule a team practice dedicated to filling out your St. Jude letters.
    2. Ask your team to gather addresses they would like to send a letter to. You can download this “Sphere of Influence” worksheet and share with your team to help students think through the best people to reach out to for donations.
    3. Once your letters are complete, you can either use the pre-paid envelope or you can bring the completed letters to camp.

  2. Please provide your need, name of school, mailing address, number of campers, date of camp and Varsity Customer Number via email to varsity@alsac.stjude.org.

  3. Great question! We have created this handy guide that helps fundraisers think through who is in their social circle. Just download and print this worksheet and have letter writing participants add in the names of those that exist in their networks — it’s that easy!
