The Midwest Federation of American Syrian Lebanese Clubs has been a proud partner of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital since the hospital opened in 1962, and has partnered with American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC), the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude, since it was founded in 1957. With nearly 2,000 members and clubs in 8 midwestern states, the federation continues to show its support through member gifts, fundraising and participation in the St. Jude Leadership Society

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was built on the foundation of heritage. The heritage of The Midwest Federation of American Syrian Lebanese Clubs was and always will be part of the St. Jude foundation. Your families helped Danny Thomas open the hospital in 1962. And your loyalty remains a beacon of hope throughout the halls of the hospital. Your Sittos and Jiddos would be so proud. So let’s continue to honor our heritage so that together we fulfill Danny’s promise, that 'no child should die in the dawn of life.'

Aleen Sirgany, ALSAC
