In 2020, Academy Sports + Outdoors participated in their first St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign by selling long-sleeved t-shirts and donating 25% of each purchase to St. Jude. Despite having sold these t-shirts during previous holiday seasons, this was the first time they supported a charity.

 
 

The following year, they expanded their success by selling holiday-themed long-sleeved t-shirts both in-store and online, raising an impressive $500,000.

In 2022, ASO continued their partnership by adding lounge pants to the product promotion and raised an astonishing $1,000,000 for St. Jude. During their 2023 campaign, ASO raised $533,915.

Overall, Academy Sports + Outdoors has raised $2,192,227 for St. Jude. Academy Sports + Outdoors and their customers are planning to support St. Jude again during the upcoming holiday season and continue making a difference in 2024.

 
 

Through their support, Academy Sports + Outdoors is helping to ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food.
