This virtual event is intended for music therapy students and those interested or involved in the music therapy profession.
Music therapy is a rapidly growing profession that can make a significant impact on patients and families undergoing medical treatment. If you have a passion for music and want to make a difference in healthcare, you may have considered pursuing this field.
You are invited to join us for the Music Therapy Student Symposium. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is offering a day long educational session geared to provide a realistic view of music therapy’s role in a variety of settings, including music therapy’s role at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Whether you are a current music therapy student, or considering this career path, we hope you will join us!
Please note that no professional credit hours will be provided from this session.
