Amanda Chandler, MPA, is the Administrative Manager for Global Pediatric Medicine. A native of Memphis, she graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts in social work and later obtained a master’s degree in public administration and management while employed as an HIV case manager.
She spent the ensuing years building the HIV and Population Health departments for Christ Community Health Services in Memphis. She then was recruited to be the practice administrator for a large Federally Qualified Health Center in Columbus, Ohio. During her years there she built various programs that coordinated health care for patients to reduce poor health outcomes for at-risk populations.
For more than a decade, Amanda has spent time implementing programs, acting as project manager and administering dozens of grants.
