Biggers received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. Upon graduating from law school, she was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and practiced law, representing underserved clients at the YWCA Central Alabama.
After several years of practicing law, Biggers relocated to Memphis, Tennessee, and earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business and Economics. Following graduation, she worked as a contract manager for Smith & Nephew in their Professional Affairs, Office of Ethics and Compliance department, where she managed all aspects of healthcare professional consultant contracts from inception to completion.
Throughout her career with the YWCA and Smith & Nephew, Biggers has held multiple supervisory positions, utilizing her leadership skills on cross-functional team projects and employee-inclusive collaboration to increase team efficiency. She has experience in process optimization to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
Biggers is enthusiastic and grateful to use her experience and skills to advance the mission of St. Jude within the Department of Global Pediatric Medicine.
In her spare time, Biggers enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, as well as exercising, spinning, reading, and traveling.
