Fair brings over 10 years of experience designing and teaching courses in higher education and business settings, aligning solutions to learning outcomes and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
She holds a Master of Science and Doctor of Education in instructional design and technology from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in world language education (Spanish) from Mississippi State University. As a consultative partner in instructional design, her aim is to systematically design learning experiences and evaluate the impact of those experiences on real-world outcomes. Additional areas of interest include learning analytics, medical education research and change management.
