As a parent advocate, Daisy draws from her personal experiences supporting her son with autism and her stepchild, an English language learner, which fuels her drive for equitable opportunities for all children. Memphis is not just where Daisy resides; it is her home, her heart, and the place she is committed to nurturing for her children's future and the community she loves.
Daisy holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Graduate Certificate in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Memphis. Her passion for empowering communities, advocating for educational equity, and bridging language gaps has shaped her professional journey. Drawn to St. Jude's global mission of improving the lives of children and families, Daisy is eager to contribute her skills to a team that values compassion, equity, and service. She looks forward to leveraging her community organizing expertise on a global scale to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families worldwide.
