St. Jude patients enjoy Golf-A-Round

The St. Jude Women’s Club Patient Golf-A-Round brought the fun of the FedEx St. Jude Classic to the hospital June 9. Now in its 16th year, the event featured a six-hole miniature golf course in the Danny Thomas/ ALSAC Pavilion. Face painting, arts and crafts and golf-themed refreshments were a big hit, as were visits from the golf pros in the tournament. Each year, the FedEx St. Jude Classic provides St. Jude patients with a unique opportunity to interact with professional golfers and celebrities, while introducing the golfers to the hospital’s lifesaving mission.
