The reports below contain St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) and implementation plans. These documents fulfill the requirements of a federal statute established within the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) requiring that nonprofit hospitals conduct CHNAs every three years and develop implementation plans addressing the pediatric community health needs identified in those Community Health Needs Assessments.
We value your feedback on our Community Health Needs Assessment implementation plan. Please send comments to Shari Capers, Sr. Vice President-Strategic Planning & Decision Support at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, at shari.capers@stjude.org or (901) 595-0177.
