What is My Supporter Account?

My Supporter Account gives you access to your St. Jude donation history and volunteer activity, as well as the ability to manage your contact information, change or set up a monthly gift, request a tax receipt and more.

My Supporter Account users also have access to exclusive donor features, like our end-of-the-year thank-you message and other ways to see your personal impact on St. Jude kids.

*Your lifetime giving amount will include donations made under the email address used to create the My Supporter Account. It may not include donations made before 1980.

 

If you're an existing Partner In Hope donor, you can create a My Supporter account using your Partner In Hope login information.

If you experience any issues creating an account or accessing an existing Partner In Hope account, you can email donors@stjude.org or call (800) 822-6344.

My Supporter Account frequently asked questions

  1. To change your monthly gift amount, visit the "Monthly Gift" page, and click "Update Gift Amount."

    From this same page, you can also pause or cancel your monthly gift.

    If your monthly gift information is displayed incorrectly, you can request a correction by calling (800) 215-8834 or emailing donors@stjude.org

  2. Visit the "Monthly Gift" page, and click "Update Gift Amount."

    From here, you can change your payment method, update your payment withdrawal date and more.

  3. To update your information, visit "My Profile," and go to the field you’d like to change. After updating your information, click “Save.”

    To delete your My Supporter Account, please send a request to donors@stjude.org

  4. You can reset your password by clicking "Reset Password" on the My Supporter Account login page and following the instructions sent to you via email.
