What is My Supporter Account?

My Supporter Account is where donors and supporters can manage their contact and profile information, view and update monthly gifts using their credit cards or other payment methods, and request their tax receipt.

If you're an existing Partner In Hope donor, you can create a My Supporter account using your existing Partner In Hope login information to manage your payment method, contact information and more.

If you experience any issues creating an account or accessing an existing Partner In Hope account, you can email donors@stjude.org

My Supporter Account Questions

  1. You can reset your password by clicking "Reset Password" on the My Supoorter Account login page and following the instructions prompted to you via email. For login support you can email us at donors@stjude.org

  2. Visit My Profile and go to the field you’d like to change. After updating your information, click “Save.”

  4. To delete your My Supporter Account you can send a request to donors@stjude.org

  5. If your monthly gift information is not loading properly, try refreshing the page.

    If your monthly gift information does not appear email us at donors@stjude.org for additional support.

  6. Yes. You can do so by visiting the Monthly Gift page within My Supporter Account and clicking "Update Gift Amount". If you're having issues making this change you can also reach out to our support center at (800) 215-8834 | donors@stjude.org

  7. You can pause or cancel your monthly gift using the Monthly Gift page. There you can click the arrow shown in the screenshot below and choose to either pause or cancel your montly gift. For additional support you can reach us at (800) 215-8834 | donors@stjude.org

  8. If your monthly gift information being displayed incorrectly you can request a correction by emailing donors@stjude.org

  9. You can reach out to us to make corrections at donors@stjude.org
