Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide value to employees and the institution by fostering collaboration, supporting professional development, and strengthening community connections. They serve as forums for employees to share ideas, connect with colleagues, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the workplace culture. ERGs also engage allies and promote teamwork, helping create an environment where all employees can contribute to the mission of St. Jude.
