ALSAC follows a casual-dress policy, which means employees can be casually dressed but must be neat, well-groomed and appropriately dressed while at work.
There may be times when it’s appropriate to dress up, for example for a special event or when we have guests. In general, just use your best judgment on when to be casual and when to dress up because you know what to expect from your day-to-day schedule and how to best prepare.
Remember however, traditional business or business casual attire must be worn for meetings with outside professionals, when publicly representing ALSAC or when requested by ALSAC senior management.
