Come Visit Us!
People from all over the world are interested in visiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In order to ensure that each and every visit is a memorable experience, please follow these guidelines:
- All tours must be scheduled in advance.
- Tours are available most Mondays – Fridays at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Tours are not available on Saturdays, Sunday, or holidays.
- Visitors must be 16 years of age or older to participate in a hospital tour. Younger children may visit the Danny Thomas/ALSAC Pavilion located on the hospital campus. All children must be accompanied by an adult – please provide 1 adult per 10 children.
- The Danny Thomas/ALSAC Pavilion is a self-guided facility. Please call (901) 595-4414 or (800) 866-278-5833, Ext. 4414 in advance to ensure that the Pavilion has not been closed temporarily for a special event.
- Hospital tours are designed for individuals or groups of 10 or less and are usually guided by volunteer tour guides. Guides are allowed to escort only 10 individuals through the hospital at one time.

General Public Tours
Tours for individuals and groups of 10 or less may be available if scheduled and confirmed in advance. Tours are available most Mondays – Fridays at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Health Studies/Curriculum
The St. Jude Public Relations department can arrange a hospital tour for all health-related organizations/groups (nursing schools/students, technical schools, community colleges and/or HOSA groups) that are interested in visiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Large Groups/School Groups
The Danny Thomas/ALSAC Pavilion is available for large groups, school groups and children younger than 16 years of age. A hospital representative may be available to speak to your group.
